UX/UI improvements
- Added a link to the Login troubleshooting page to the Login page.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where attempting to upload a respondent list presented an incorrect validation error when using Firefox.
- Fixed an issue where the Logic Overview page would not be displayed for imported v2 surveys in some instances.
- Fixed an issue where a user is presented with a 500 error if they attempt to directly access an application page without logging in. The user will now be redirected to the Login page.
