Every other Monday, we’ll tell you what we’ve been working on and what we are planning. We’ll also use this space to communicate project timelines and our roadmap.
Apologies for no update last week owing to the bank holiday.
The last three weeks
We have made three releases in the last two weeks.
Release 2.21.2 introduced a small useful feature when viewing an individual response that allows users to exclude individual questions from the PDF export.
Release 2.21.3 introduced UX improvements to the search function in Browse Responses so there is clearer feedback when an invalid Response ID is entered.
In addition to this, we’ve been making progress towards our Licence Management process, so that account admins can manage and renew their subscriptions in a clear and frictionless way
We’ve also been making some headway with our UX team to ready us for some bigger upcoming features: specifically an SPSS export, the ability to save and share views of survey results, and a reimagined response digest feature.
Happening in the next two weeks
Over the next two weeks will be continuing to develop our Licence Management process.
We are also close to releasing additional validation for Grid questions, that will enable users to set all rows as required within a single-answer (radio) grid.
And we’ll continue with our UX and proof-of-concept works for the key features mentioned above.
You will have noticed we have still not been in a position to release our new Analyse overview page. It’s all finished and ready to go, but because it is a big change we want to ensure that we coordinate the release with appropriate messaging and support, and to ensure we provide you with the right channels to feed back on the change. It’s coming and I’ll provide an update soon.
