This small release addresses a bug and makes some UX improvements.

UX/UI improvements
- Lowered the breakpoint for when a grid question is displayed in mobile format.
- Text formatting changes for survey and page descriptions.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to access an individual response via the “View response” link on a free-text answer.
