This is a small release to implement some tools for Jisc staff, address some bugs and support upcoming features.

UX/UI improvements
- Improved the formatting of title and description text and icons in the Builder.
- Now allow pre-population settings to be added to questions without Email list being chosen as the distribution method (to support the upcoming ability to use pre-population without needing a respondent list).
Bug fixes
- Added alternative text to the buttons in the Note editor toolbar.
