Previewing your survey from the Survey actions menu on the Dashboard now opens a new tab.
It is now possible to preview a closed survey.

Fixed an issue where it was not possible to dismiss the calendar dialog with the keyboard.

Fixed an issue where the Clear selected button for Grid questions did not pick up the colour from every available theme.
