Adding media to your survey

Inserting a video or sound clip

  1. On your survey page, click Add new item.
  2. Choose to add a Note.
  3. Select the Insert media icon in the Note’s toolbar.
  4. Paste the embed code for your video or sound clip.
  5. Click Done.
