Development update: 23 April, 2025

This update highlights some recently released features and what we’re working on at the moment to deliver soon.

Recently released

Rating question

Release 3.22.0 introduced our new Rating question type.

A Rating question allows respondents evaluate a statement on a visual scale of numbers, stars, or smilies.

Statistics

When you ask a quantitative question, Online Surveys automatically calculates useful statistics to help you understand the responses at a glance

Survey reminder emails

Release 2.21.0 introduced the ability to customise and send separate survey reminder emails.

This will help you manage your respondent list more effectively and allow you to create separate copy for reminders to help with engagement.

An increased respondent list limit

Release 3.21.0 introduced a new default respondent list limit for Project and Organisation accounts, from 5,000 to 20,000.

What's coming soon?

Another new question type

We’re working on a new Ranking question.

This question will let respondents drag and drop items to place them in order of preference.

Survey theme customisation

We’re also working on a new custom theme feature.

This feature will allow you to pick colours for text, background, buttons and other elements in your survey.
