In September, we released our new version of Online Surveys (v3). This new platform will enable us to introduce new features more easily and respond to the needs of the sector and beyond.
As an Online Surveys user, I am writing to you today to remind you of the upcoming changes and to provide you with all the information you need to make a smooth transition.
Summary of key information
- Creating new surveys in v2 will be disabled on 30 April 2024
- Online Surveys v2 will be discontinued on 31 July 2024
- Please download any survey data you wish to keep from v2 to avoid losing it
There are currently two versions of Online Surveys – v2 and v3. All recipients of this email can use v3 right away, and we encourage you do so as soon as possible.
Please note that survey response data will not be moved from v2 to v3. To avoid losing your data, we strongly recommend downloading anything you wish to keep by following these instructions on how to export survey data.
In addition, creating new surveys in v2 will be disabled on 30 April 2024.
We had previously communicated that Online Surveys v2 would be discontinued in February 2024. However, as a direct response to customer feedback and conversations, we have taken the decision to extend this to 31 July 2024. This extension also provides our development team with further opportunity to introduce more features in v3.
