UX/UI improvements
- Added the ability to rename a duplicate survey when it is being created.
- Added a two-step process to provide warnings if an action taken on the Builder of a launched survey could affect response data already collected.
- Added a process to prevent adding logic to the last numbered page of a survey.
- Added validation to the Pre-population settings (Settings page) to prevent duplication of parameter names.
Bugs
- Fixed an issue where email text was displayed smaller than intended.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to change the colour of bold text in the Builder text editor.
- Fixed an issue where long chart labels could overlap.
