You can add a question description to appear underneath the question text on your survey. This provides the ability to add some context to the question for your respondents without needing to write a long question.
To add a question description:
- In the Build area, click on the question you want to make compulsory.
- Open the question’s Properties by clicking the Cog button.
- Expand the General section.
- Enter your description text in the Question description input box.
- Click Finish.
