Add an Other option to a question

Release 3.20.0 introduced a built-in Other option for Choice and Dropdown questions. This means no longer having to add follow-up free-text questions with logic. It’s all done for you within the question.

Set a custom Survey closed message

Release 3.19.0 introduced the ability to add a custom Survey closed message via the Messages tab in the Build area. This means you can provide more context for latecomers, or provide them with instructions to get in touch.

What's coming soon?

A new question type

We’re working on a new Rating question. This question will let respondents evaluate a statement on a visual scale of numbers, stars, or smilies.

We’ve just undertaken some user testing (thank you to those who participated) and are now making some final tweaks based on feedback. Expect it in an upcoming release.

Other enhancements

We’re also working on some enhancements to sending invitation emails to respondents, including a separate customisable Reminder email. Along with these improvements we will also be upping the default respondent list limit to 20,000 for all Project and Organisation accounts.

We’ll be adding an option to give your survey a Dashboard name, so you can more easily manage multiple surveys with the same title.

And, we will be adding some basic statistics for your quantitative questions – such as mean, median, range, variance, standard deviation – to be displayed on your Analyse overview.

We hope to be able to deliver all of these features in the next couple of weeks.
