As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back on the enhancements and new features we’ve introduced to Online surveys. Here are some of the highlights from this year’s journey of progress.
Helping you make the most of your survey data
1. Re-designed charts and more flexible exports
One major upgrade was our redesigned charts, crafted to be more readable and accessible, helping you dive into your data with ease. We also added a download button to every chart, so sharing insights in your reports and presentations is now just a click away.
Another big milestone? Adding SPSS and XLSX export to our download options. These additions make it simple to import your survey data into IBM’s SPSS statistical software and Microsoft Excel, streamlining your workflow.
2. More PDF export options and sharable summaries
We’ve made it easier than ever to access and share your data with the addition of all-new PDF downloads. Now, you can quickly export:
- Individual Responses for a detailed look at each participant’s input
- Benchmarking Reports to compare your results with others
- Survey Questions for a complete, ready-to-share overview of your survey
- Respondent’s Summary for your respondent to keep a record of their answers
We’ve also enhanced the Analyse overview summary PDF, making it more readable and shareable.
3. Making exports more customisable
You can now customise your response summary exports by choosing to include or exclude all free-text responses.
We’ve also added the option to include start date/time stamps with your response data to make it easier to calculate response durations.
A smoother survey building experience & more tools to create visually engaging surveys
We’ve made it easier to create visually engaging surveys with new customisation and media features.
You can now style your text with additional colour and formatting options, allowing you to highlight key information and ensure your content aligns with your brand’s look and feel.
2. Embed videos and sound clips to engage respondents
We’ve also simplified the process of adding images, logos, sound clips and videos, so you can personalise your surveys with ease.
These updates give you more control over how your surveys appear to respondents, making them not just functional but visually engaging too.
3. View all your survey logic in one place
Our Logic overview feature, allows you to see all your page and question logic in a single place, so you can easily review and amend any logic before launching your survey.
Keeping you up to date on your survey activity
1. All-new Response digest feature
Get response digest emails delivered at a frequency that works best for you.
Easily stay up to date with the number of new responses your survey has received and your total response count so far—all directly in your inbox.
Head to the distribute area for your chosen survey to set-up and subscribe to a Response Digest.
