About the 30-day free trial
The Online Surveys free trial gives you 30 days to explore the platform and decide whether it is suitable for you or your organisation.
You can create surveys, share them with respondents, collect responses and try many of the features available in Online Surveys. Some limits and feature restrictions apply during the trial.
Who is the free trial for?
The free trial is intended for people who are considering purchasing Online Surveys for themselves or their organisation.
It can help you:
- Explore the survey builder and available question types.
- Create and test surveys.
- Share surveys and collect a limited number of responses.
- Review responses using the Analyse area.
The trial is intended for evaluation and testing. It is not designed for running business-critical surveys.
What happens during the trial?
Your free trial begins when you create your account and lasts for 30 days.
During the trial, you can sign in to Online Surveys, create surveys and share them with other people to complete them. You can also view and analyse the responses you receive.
We will send you emails during the trial to help you get started and remind you when the trial is approaching its end.
You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any point during the 30-day trial. Your existing surveys and responses will remain in your account when you upgrade.
When the trial ends
When your 30-day trial ends, you will no longer be able to use the account as an active trial account.
We will give you 15 days in which to upgrade before the account is deactivated. If you do not upgrade, the account and its contents will eventually be deleted, including:
- Surveys and survey designs.
- Responses you have collected.
- Any other information stored in the trial account.
We will send reminder emails before the account is deleted. Upgrade before the deletion date shown in these emails if you want to keep your surveys and responses.
What limits apply to the free trial?
The following limits apply to each free trial account:
Trial length
The trial lasts for 30 days.
Number of surveys
You can create up to three surveys.
Number of responses
You can collect up to 30 responses for each survey.
Once a survey reaches its response limit, it will stop accepting additional responses.
