Presenting your question’s choices in a random order may help overcome bias that can result from choices always being presented to your respondents in the same order. In Online Surveys, you can choose to present your choices in a random order for Choice and Dropdown questions.
To apply choice randomisation:
- Click on the question to open the editor.
- Switch the Randomise choices toggle on.
