Rating question
The Rating question is a closed-ended question type that lets respondents evaluate a statement on a visual scale of numbers, stars, or smilies.
Adding a Rating question
To add a Rating question to your survey:
- Click the Add new item button on your survey page.
- Select Rating.
- Enter your question text.
- Select the Scale type (numeric, star, smiley).
- Select the Range of your scale.
- Numeric 3-10.
- Star 3-10.
- Smiley 3-5.
- (Optional) Add left and right labels for your scale (max 25 characters).
Before you distribute your survey, make sure you preview the design to see what it will look like to your respondents.
