  • We’ve redesigned our Launch and Distribute settings pages, combining them into a single, more intuitive Launch page.
    • Pre-population settings are all in one place on the new Launch page.
  • Filters and sorts applied to the survey list in your Dashboard will now persist for your entire session.
  • We’ve added a tool tip to the Anonymous toggle on the Respondent list, to provide more context.

  • Fixed an issue where the tool tips for the toggles on the Build Settings page could not be opened using a keyboard.
  • Fixed an issue where answer options in the Benchmarking report XLSX download were not always shown in the correct row order.
  • Fixed an issue where a negative new response count could be displayed on Response digests if a response was deleted the previous day.
  • Fixed an issue where the Dashboard search did not return surveys based on the Dashboard name of the survey – searching for either the Dashboard name or the survey title will now return the survey.

  • Improved the process for resizing and positioning images in Notes by adding resizing handles and a new tool bar when you click on the image.
  • We’ve increased the default respondent list limit from 5,000 to 20,000 in Project and Organisation accounts. This means that your respondent limit now matches the response limit in your survey.

  • Fixed an issue where the Send invitation emails modal did not always display the correct number of emails being issued.
  • Fixed an issue where filters could break if a question used in the filter was deleted. This is now handled more gracefully.

• Added:
  • Introduced a new bulk select feature to the survey list on your Dashboard, that will allow you to delete multiple surveys at a time.
  • Introduced a Survey bin.
    • When you delete a survey, it will be moved to your Survey bin for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can restore a survey from your Survey bin and you can permanently delete a survey before the 30 days expires.

• Changed:
  • Dashboard refresh: we’ve tidied up the Dashboard so that lesser-used features are no longer as prominent.
    • The Import survey button has been moved to the Create survey menu.
    • The Download CSV button has been renamed to Download list and can be found inline with the filters and new Survey bin button.
  • We have made it clearer for users what the problem is if they try to accept a survey template for a survey that has since been deleted.

• Fixed:
  • Fixed an issue where users could receive a 404 error when their session expired. Users will now be taken to the Login page upon session expiry.
