UX/UI improvements
- Renamed the ‘View results by question’ filter on the Analyse Overview to ‘Hide question.’
- Added a ‘Select all’ option to the ‘Hide question’ filter.
- Removed the response ID from free-text responses in the Analyse Overview PDF.
- Removed the sequential numbering of free-text responses in the Analyse Overview PDF.
